Chromingo SPE is an automated Solid Phase Extraction system designed for laboratory sample preparation and cleanup. The system automates the main SPE workflow, including column conditioning, sample loading, washing, drying, and elution, helping standardize sample preparation and reduce manual handling.
The system provides capacity for up to 24 samples per batch and processes samples automatically according to the selected SPE method. Sample ID, tray position, sample volume, and method can be assigned individually for each sample before starting the run.
Users can create and save customized SPE methods covering conditioning, loading, washing, drying, elution, and probe-cleaning steps. Parameters such as flow rate, solvent volume, reagent selection, and drying time can be configured according to the required sample preparation procedure.
Chromingo SPE supports up to five reagent or solvent lines simultaneously. The integrated software allows the user to monitor the remaining volume of each reagent and provides dedicated line-purging functions to remove air from the tubing after bottle replacement or reagent changes.
During operation, the tablet interface displays the sample currently being processed together with completed and pending samples. Run progress can be monitored in real time, and the batch can be stopped when required directly from the user interface.
An integrated reporting system records the sample preparation history for every batch. Reports include information such as Sample ID, tray position, method, and user details, providing clear documentation and traceability of the complete SPE preparation process.
